My poor baby has gone to see his 2 paediatrics 4 times in this 3 weeks - What's down under my baby?
1st - PD diagnosis it as fungal infection - his down under is so red and patchy... so anti-fungal needs to be in placed.
2nd visit - His little back is developing rashes - heat and humidity plus that burning season helped his back to become a depressing red.
3rd visit - Hey, his back is well but nope his skin around becomes flaky and the new skin area round his groin seems to be like depressing red again?
4th visit - All right, he's been tolerating it far too long, now he doesn't quite dare to sit down and will burst into tears after shower when we put his diaper rash and stuff... off to a new PD... that says it's eczema... after each application, he cries cos the PD says his skin down under is broken!!! My poor baby....
So now is it Fungal or Ezema? Gosh- cos they are using different ointment and stuffs.... what's the real problem down there? My boy's trying to keep his spirit up - he's tough cookie but the cookie crumbles with each wash and ointment application.... he burst into this BIG tearful Cry that is so rare in my happy baby.
Let me put out my fire - but what? This is what you do for fungal and now i got eczema?

Well to cheer my sonny a bit, i got him to Gelarie for some waffle since it's 50% off on Tuesday - something to perk my not so perky son up. When you are down, food helps. Most of the time. For mummy at least.
Mummy- don't finish all the waffle!!!
Jon and myself are hoping that eczema is the thing and that the right application is now on my furry one's bottom. Please pray for Mao and what's under there - goodness, what's really under there? Hope he'll be fine soon.
PS: Mao's rather shy about it- so when you see him, don't mention it. Just give him a nice pat on his head. He'll appreciate it. And yes, thanks for all your prayers- I hope we don't rush him next to a skin specialist.

Beck, u may want to consider changing the body wash for your sonny as it could be too drying or unsuitable for his delicate skin.
I've tried range of products from various brands & found Balneum the best so far. My girl is using Balneum Wash & Cream and they're really good. U can give it a try.
Do apply moisturiser on him sparingly after bath if u don't as this acts as barrier againt skin
irritation.

seems the weather not very kind to bbies.
Ki also had fungal infection around his neck/chin. We just have to keep cleaning with water.
